Free Shipping:
- We offer free shipping via USPS first class mail and UPS. In most cases, your order will be sent out the same day it is placed, if placed before 2pm EST and items are in stock. Your credit card or Paypal account will only be billed for the items shipped on the day the shipment is made.

Processing time and Billing:
- In most cases, your order will be sent out the same day it is placed, if placed before 2pm EST and items are in stock. Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours (2 business days). This DOES NOT mean we guarantee the parcel will be delivered within this time. Your credit card or Paypal account will only be billed for the items shipped on the day the shipment is made.

Out of stock inventory:
- If our store inventory status is wrong, we'll ship the out of stock items as soon as possible at a 20% discount. We will usually ship other in-stock items as scheduled and ship the out of stock item later, as soon as it's available. Depending on the circumstances, we may put your entire order on hold and email you to ask whether you want us to ship the in-stock items right away.

Transit Time:
- Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take 2 to 6 business days to arrive depending n the service. Orders shipped via the US Postal Service usually take about a week for domestic deliveries and within two weeks for international shipments.

Delivery and Tracking:
- Orders shipped with USPS provides a tracking number that will provide you with delivery confirmation only. Orders shipped with UPS will have more detailed tracking info. You will be e-mailed a confirmation after your order is processed with this tracking number.

Weekends and Holidays:
- We do not process or ship orders on
weekends or holidays. Please do not count weekends or holidays when
calculating transit time. Address We do ship to your billing address and any
other address (in most cases gift address).

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify Customer Service by email (support@softsnowlingerie.com) within 10 days of the original delivery to request Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred. All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.
By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects. Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Softsnowlingerie.com will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
