Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorization. If you have a defect in material, quality or the garment was the incorrect size, you must notify Customer Service by email (support@softsnowlingerie.com) within 10 days of the original delivery to request Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. All returns for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred. All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged. By law, there are restrictions on the return of some intimate garments. Any garment containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been removed from their package. They cannot be returned since they may have been tried on and/or worn. Panty garments are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects. Items must be received within 10 Business Days once return authorization has been obtained. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Softsnowlingerie.com will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
